Porchetta is the skin on pork belly and loin fully deboned and seasoned with smoked paprika, cayenne, sea salt, fennel pollen, fresh garlic, and fresh herbs. These porchettas are sold seasoned, rolled, tied, raw and ready to go in the oven!
Cook at 425 for approximately 1 hour or until skin is crispy, reduce heat to 200 and cook for a couple more hours, depending on the size, until internal temp reaches 155
